Preparation: Peel the potatoes, pass under the water, dry well and cut into rounds. Take the milk and place in a saucepan, add the cream and bubble just 70 grams of cheese, with savory salt, pepper and some grated nutmeg. Add potatoes and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and a pan put the garlic, then place the potatoes in layers. Finish by adding the remaining cheese and distributing ribbons of butter here and there.
